The Q8V Codec System is a really versatile audio processing platform. Features include encoding for Internet Radio Streaming (HLS, MPEG-DASH, Icecast2) or DVB, long-distance RAVENNA transport using compression, or ingesting external sources such as MPEG-2 Transport Streams or Internet Radio Streams into RAVENNA networks.
The system is available as an optimized and tested Qbit hardware, as well as for operation on customer-owned bare-metal servers or on virtual platforms such as VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V.
